INDIA:The LAND OF AYURVEDA.
India is the land with diversity, culture and traditions. Most of the foreign tourist visit here , to saw its beauty. But, an important reason for touring India is Ayurveda. Yes ,that's true. India is also called as the land of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is an ancient medical science . It means science of life. Here, ayur means life and Veda means science. It is believed that Ayurveda develop in India thousand of year ago. Some people says that Ayurveda developed in China or it is Chinese tradition. But no ,it's not true. Ayurveda is tradition from India . It is most popular forms of alternative medicine. Around 80% of the people in India use some of the other forms of traditional medicine that includes Ayurveda properties. Due to India, demand for Ayurveda in neighbouring countries.
Ayurveda is therapy that not only cure the symptoms of diseases but also the disease from its root. As India is blessed with the nature there are many plants present here. In Indian mythology it is believed that the sages used to practice Ayurveda.
In Vedas and samhitas , its history had mentioned. So ,India had a great history of Ayurveda . After vaidyas (doctors) used to treat people with use of plants and trees. As it carried to us. So , let's see modern India and Ayurveda.
In India , Kerala is called as land of Ayurveda. As ,Ayurveda is practised in all over India but more in Kerala. It is a prime centre of Ayurveda. Foreign tourist visit Kerala and used to carry out the treatments.
It is spread across a wide expanse of greenery, in a hill lock few kilometres south of the the Kovalam beach. Makes people refresh and happy e from their busy life.
Second comes the Ananda in Himalayas Uttarakhand. It is nestled in foot hills of Himalayas with areas of lush untouched forest.
The beautiful place with beauty of nature and health.
