BEVERAGES AND ITS IMPORTANCE .
Beverages are the drink or a liquid intended for human consumption . Beverages plays important role in human life. Beverages include plain water , milk , coffee, tea, hot chocolate ,juice and soft drinks. It also includes alcoholic items.
Water is the healthiest beverages ever . It is best choice than any other liquid for quenching the thrust. The liquid that is our life is best drink for ever.
Coffee and tea i.e ,without sweetness are also a good choice. Some beverage which are good for health should be consumed in moderation. They include fruit juices like orange juice, cranberry juice etc.
Coconut water is another best choice after water. It is good alternative sports drink. As it has natural electrolytes to replenish lost fluid in your body after a long workout . It also content high magnesium with good taste.
Lemon juice is also great. It is good for our immune system. Drinking this beverage in morning with empty stomach is highly beneficial for our body. It aid digestion and also cleanses liver . In summer lemon juice with cold water makes your day.
Hot chocolate also holds a place in healthiest drinks.Yes , you would'nt believe best way to deal with cramps. It is is loaded with antioxidants , flavonoids as well as calcium. The only catch is to mix a spoon of cocoa powder aur dark chocolate powder to gain the benefits.
Milk is also a good option. It contains calcium, potassium and vitamin d all of which are crucial to bone development and maintenance. Runners with strong bones are at lower risk of injuries like stress fractures.
Beverages are too much important in human life. But ,we know that everything has its advantages as well as disadvantages.
Soda is one of the bad beverage. We can say . It is our one of the enemy. Coca cola ,Sprite, thumbs up and many more such drinks are one of the bad drinks ,we can say. We should drink them in little manner and avoidance of them is the best option.
Sweet tea is also a bad choice. Tea is good but without sugar. Sweet tea carries a lot of sugar, which is bad for health.
Alcohol is is also a bad choice. If you are addicted to it little much means lesser than 8% is ok, but every time it is not good .It make hazardous effect on liver.
So , we can say a beverages are important in our life. But staying away from bad beverages is always good.
